This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to Global Marketplace Corp d/b/a REI Deal Flow may be refunded.

By purchasing any implementation package, platform access plan, or related service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Implementation Packages

Implementation packages include system deployment, CRM configuration, automation setup, onboarding support, and related technical services.

An implementation package is considered fulfilled upon delivery of:

Access to the configured system

Snapshot or platform deployment

Onboarding call and support session

Access credentials and setup documentation

Once system access has been delivered and onboarding support has been provided, the implementation service is deemed fulfilled.

Due to the technical nature of the service and immediate resource allocation, refunds are limited once fulfillment has been completed.

3. Platform Access Plans (Subscription Services)

Platform Access Plans provide ongoing access to software infrastructure, CRM systems, automation tools, and related features.

Clients may cancel their Platform Access Plan at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellations prevent future charges.

No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

Completed implementation services

Custom configuration work

Domain purchases

Third-party software fees

Messaging or usage-based charges

Any service clearly marked non-refundable at time of purchase

5. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact support prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of access and recovery of associated fees.

6. No Earnings Guarantees

REI Deal Flow provides software infrastructure, system deployment, and workflow configuration tools.

We do not guarantee:

Income

Profits

Revenue

Closed deals

Business growth

Specific performance outcomes

Clients are solely responsible for how they use the systems provided.
